About the service

Spacetime is in its initial preview. These service principles describe the product. Final organiser agreements and public terms are required before general commercial launch.

Publishing information

Spacetime helps independent organisations publish public events pages. Organisers supply and maintain their own information. They are responsible for having permission to publish it and for keeping dates, locations, changes and cancellation information accurate.

Running events

Events are planned, managed and operated by their organisers. Spacetime does not supervise events, provide event security, vet organisers or guarantee an event’s safety. Questions about accessibility, suitability, participation and arrangements should go directly to the organiser.

Registration and tickets

Organisers can enable group membership and attendance on Spacetime. Membership may be immediate or require administrator approval. Events may accept anyone with an account or only approved group members. Joining an event records attendance for that date; it does not join the group or cover any additional booking or ticket requirements.

Ticketing and payments take place through services chosen by the organiser. Spacetime does not sell event tickets, process event payments or manage refunds. Follow the organiser’s external link for any additional participation requirements and booking terms.

Administrators manage their group’s membership requests and private attendance lists. Participants can withdraw requests, leave groups and cancel attendance. Bookmarks are private and imply neither membership nor attendance. Membership decisions and event status appear in your account. Administrators receive email notifications for new membership requests that need approval, unless they turn those emails off for themselves. Applicants receive approval and decline emails. People who joined an affected event date receive cancellation, postponement, rescheduling and important venue or joining-detail updates. Delivery may be delayed, so check the event page before attending.

Public pages and discovery

Published events appear on the organisation’s events page and have public URLs. Listed events also appear in the optional directory. Unlisted pages are public. Drafts are available only to the authorised organiser. Directory inclusion does not mean Spacetime endorses an organiser or event.

Sharing and calendars

Events page and event links can be shared through your existing channels. Calendar subscriptions refresh according to the calendar application’s schedule. Check the public event page for the latest information before attending, particularly for changed, postponed or cancelled events.

Responsible use

Publish only information you are authorised to share. Do not publish unlawful, misleading or harmful material or use the service to impersonate another organisation. Keep personal and sensitive information out of public event descriptions.

Preview and availability

Features may change during the preview. Pricing and paid service arrangements have not been announced. No purchase or paid subscription is offered through this version of the site.
